I’m David Pirneci, a high-school student at Colegiul Național “Ion C. Brătianu” in Pitești, Romania. My passion for cybersecurity began in sixth grade when I discovered HackTheBox. Since then, consistency and discipline have guided me: I dedicate time every day to build understanding from the ground up, approaching each challenge with patience and a focus on long-term growth rather than quick fixes. This habit of steady, deliberate work has not only sharpened my technical skills but also taught me how to learn independently, set realistic goals, and consistently deliver results—qualities I bring to every project, competition, and collaboration.

I thrive on the process of solving problems that don’t have immediate answers: nights spent debugging until everything clicks, mapping out workflows step by step, and documenting each insight along the way. Competitions taught me resilience under pressure, and daily practice reinforces habits of clear thinking and deep understanding.

Whether I’m unpacking a binary, exploring subtle web-app logic, or crafting a crypto puzzle, I emphasize clarity and depth over shortcuts.
